Get the help you need without having to leave the convenience of your home or office! I provide therapy via secure video chat when you can't make it in for the appointment. Sometimes you can't break away from work for more than that hour lunch break or your car breaks down or you can't find childcare. Now you can still have therapy sessions with this privacy complaint (HIPAA law standards) technology. All you need is an internet connection and a space that you can speak freely. Women's Mindful Meditation Group: Learn to take charge of your mood through using mindful awareness and meditation. Practice being present in the moment. Mindfulness can improve physical & mental health by decreasing the impact of stress. Learn to take a break from your racing, anxious or depressed mind to find peace/calm. Relate with other women through your journey of mindfulness and the real life struggles of implementing it. Start your weekend with a dose of calm & mindfulness. A great way to leave the stress of work behind. Groups will be offered Friday mornings, start date TBD. Email or call if you are interested.
